As a Video and Motion Editor, the employee shall be responsible for creative development and editing recorded raw material into a finished product that's suitable for export. Materials may include camera footage, audio, sound effects, motion graphics based on the direction given by the creative director or senior video & motion editor until it meets the project specifications.

Conceptual and video planning ability
Review the project brief to grasp the production team’s needs and specifications.
Assess raw footage for assembly and trim the clips to put together the sequence of the project and deciding what is usable.
Editing and overseeing the quality and progress in the post-production.
Visualize and produce animated visual images and graphic assets.
Implementation of changes and revisions of the video outputs based on notes provided.
Curation and selection of music, audio laying, and scoring of the videos.
Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee.
