Overview
The Design Team Lead’s role is to produce and oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a graphic designer, senior designer, or related role
- Extensive knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
- A good portfolio of past design and creative projects
- Expert with design software and editing tools
- Good command over design techniques and visual elements
- Good aesthetic sense, creative thinking with attention to detail
- Ability to lead a team in a time-bound environment
- Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
- Analytical skills

Responsibilities
- Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery
- Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
- Review the work of the designers to give guidance and feedback
- Use your strong eye for aesthetics and visual details to ensure a quality final product
- Maintaining high standards of quality and making sure only the best work is released to our clients
- Delegate design tasks and provide support for design team members
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our clients’ projects
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools
- Understand client design needs and communicate them to the designer
- Choose the right images, typography, graphics, and layouts for the project
- Ensure the products created are user-friendly and convey brand consistency with all projects
- Stay up to date with the changing trends in the field and best practices
- Mentor the designers to develop their strengths and improve their weaknesses
