Fix Creative Agency is Las Vegas based full-service digital studio driven to create high-quality graphic design, branding, web design, animation, and videos. Our talented team of art directors, designers, animators, and video editors, collaborate to bring client’s visions to life.
As Fix’s Creative Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day activities of our business and creative operations. Your primary focus will be on optimizing efficiency, driving productivity, and ensuring seamless processes within our operations. Your leadership will be essential in setting operational goals, establishing KPIs, and implementing improvement initiatives. The role demands effective communication skills to foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Adapting to evolving market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and mitigating operational risks will also be crucial aspects of your role.
In this role you’ll get to:
Lead and manage teams of creatives, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
Build a work environment where creatives can safely grow and thrive; foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, implementing process enhancements, and staying proactive in responding to changing client needs.
Oversee the execution of Creative Services, guaranteeing quality standards and timely service delivery.
Continuously evaluate and fine-tune creative processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase overall effectiveness, while adhering to industry best practices.
Identify training needs, provide guidance, and implement development plans to enhance team skills and performance.
Address operational issues and challenges promptly, implementing effective solutions that align with the client’s goals and overall business objectives.
Stay updated on creative industry trends and emerging tools and technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and suggesting improvements to operational workflows and processes.
Keep track of financial aspects of operations, ensuring cost-effective delivery while maintaining service quality.
- Typically, 3+ years of relevant work experience as Operations Manager or similar role. Prior experience in the Creative Field, Digital Marketing, or E-commerce operations is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of the creative psyche and proven ability to communicate, motivate and guide them toward common goals.
- Technical aptitude to understand and leverage e-commerce and digital marketing platforms, software, and tools.
