🚀 About the Role
You’ll lead a talented team of graphic and web designers and video editors, in crafting exceptional digital experiences for global clients, and you’ll do it by blending strong visual direction with innovative use of AI tools. From high-impact visuals to seamless user experiences, you’ll own the creative process end-to-end while embedding AI into workflows to enhance quality, speed, and strategy.
Your mission: build a high-performing creative team, elevate the design culture, and unlock new possibilities through human-AI collaboration.
🎨 What You'll Do
- Provide strategic and creative leadership across all design projects — from branding and web to social and product UI.
- Champion the integration of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, Gemini, DALL·E) into creative workflows to boost ideation, efficiency, and visual innovation.
- Lead and mentor a distributed team of designers, fostering skill growth, accountability, and creative excellence.
- Manage client relationships with confidence and clarity — translating vision into compelling design solutions.
- Review, critique, and guide team output, ensuring high-quality, brand-consistent work that meets deadlines and exceeds expectations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, developers, and marketing leads to ensure cohesive outcomes.
- Stay on top of design trends, emerging tech (especially AI in design), and UX best practices to keep our work fresh and future-ready.
- Build internal libraries, systems, and resources (including prompt templates and AI-generated assets) to support scalable design delivery.
🧠 Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in digital design (graphic, web, or UI), with at least 2 years leading a team or managing creatives.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative direction, problem-solving, and impactful design across platforms.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva and other design tools.
- Deep familiarity with AI tools for creative work — such as:
- ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini (ideation, content drafting, strategic brainstorming)
- Midjourney / DALL·E (image generation, visual exploration)
- Runway ML / Adobe Firefly / Veo3 (video, layout, rapid prototyping)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, mentorship, and client-facing skills.
- High standards for design quality, user experience, and process improvement.

- Experience creating internal design systems or scaling creative operations.
- Comfort working across time zones and managing remote creative teams.
- Knowledge of basic front-end development or no-code tools (Webflow, Framer, etc.).
- An interest in prompt engineering and automating parts of the design pipeline.
