What You'll Do
As our Graphic Designer, you'll take the lead in creating stunning, user-focused web and digital designs while leveraging cutting-edge tools to supercharge creativity and efficiency. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality assets that reflect Scalewind’s brand and client visions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing visually compelling and conversion-optimized websites with a clear focus on UX/UI best practices.
- Creating wireframes, user flows, process flows, and site maps for seamless digital experiences.
- Producing a wide range of design materials—from branding and pitch decks to social media content and digital ads.
- Exploring AI tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, Heygen, Adobe Express, and Ideogram to enhance workflows and push creative boundaries.
- Collaborating with developers, project managers, and marketers to bring concepts to life across multiple platforms.
- Staying at the forefront of design trends, web technologies, and AI innovations that shape modern digital design.
💡 What You Bring
We’re looking for a designer who’s not only skilled but also teachable, curious, and bold—someone excited to push pixels and prompts.
Must-haves:
- 2+ years of proven experience in UX/UI design with a solid portfolio of modern, responsive web design projects.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar.
- Experience crafting wireframes, site maps, and user journeys with clarity and precision.
- A keen understanding of responsive design, web accessibility, and digital usability principles.
- Ability to produce design assets for diverse needs: web, branding, social, and occasional print.
- Familiarity and hands-on comfort with AI creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, ChatGPT, Canva, Looka, Adobe Express, etc.) and prompt crafting.
