Welcome to Fix’s skill test for creatives! Let’s prepare you for the test.
This test consists of four tasks which you need to complete in 48 hours. If you finish beforehand, awesome! If you need more time, that’s totally fine! We still want to see what you’ll come up with.
Some Notes
We’re not looking for perfection, but it would be great to see what you’re capable of. This is just a gauge of your current skill set given the time period.
Your output is purely for skill tests only and will never be used in actual work operations of Fix Creative Agency.

We have a client who is requesting new campaign designs for the newsletters we create for them for next year, following the concept “New Year, New Me”. They specifically want to move on from the existing designs we have, so please come up with different newsletter designs we can use for them.

Video Editing
In this video editing challenge, your task is to craft a captivating Shortform/Reel video by utilizing the given raw footage. Your objective is to trim the video to a maximum of one minute while selecting a particular topic that you believe will make excellent content. Additionally, you are required to enhance the footage through color correction or color grading, incorporate background music and sound effects, and include an engaging caption.

Animation
Your task is to animate the elements on each Artboard and combine them in a visually appealing way to tell a story or convey a message. You can use text overlays, sound effects, and background music to enhance the video’s impact.
